Defendant appeals the trial court’s judgment of conviction for delivery and possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992. She assigns error to the trial court’s denial of her motion to suppress evidence procured during a warrant-less search of her vehicle. The issue is whether the warrant-less search violated defendant’s constitutional rights under Article I, section 9, of the Oregon Constitution. On review for errors of law, we affirm.
