This is an appeal from a decree of the superior court of Yakima county, awarding to the respondent, Cahalan Investment Company, a mandatory injunction, requiring the appellant, Yakima Central Heating Company, to furnish steam heat for an apartment building owned by the respondent, in accordance with the conditions of a contract which the court found had been entered into between the parties.
