This is an action for damages flowing from an alleged breach of a lease. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant has appealed. This is the third appeal. See Oldfield v. Angeles Brewing & Malting Co., 62 Wash. 260, 113 Pac. 630, Ann. Cas. 1912C, 1050, 35 L. R. A. (N. S.) 426; and Id., 72 Wash. 168, 129 Pac. 1098.
