MEMORANDUM OPINION

STARK, District Judge:

The Court held a five-day jury trial in this patent infringement action in November 2010. On November 22, 2010, the jury returned a verdict finding infringement of three of six asserted claims of the patent-in-suit, but also finding that only one of the infringed claims (claim 17) was valid. 1 (D.I. 341) Now pending before the Court are both parties’ motions for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) or a new trial (D.I. 367, 368, 371), as well as their competing proposals for permanent injunctive relief and Defendants’ alternative request that any such…
