Kathy Lundahl appeals from the district court’s order denying leave to amend her complaint on futility grounds and from the summary judgment entered in favor of Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Co. (“PMAIC”). Her case was based on PMAIC’s denial of her claim for insurance coverage of a burglary to her apartment. Exercising diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1291 & 1332(a)(1), we affirm.
