INTRODUCTION
' 1 Defendant Neldon Johnson appeals the district court's denial of his motion to vacate his divoree decree for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The district court concluded that the court that granted the divorce decree terminating the marriage of Neldon and Ina Johnson lacked subject matter jurisdiction because the parties were never legally married.
