PEARCE, Judge:

¶ 1 Debbrah Jo Clark appeals her convietion on one count of theft by receiving stolen property, a third degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-6-408,-412 (LexisNexis Supp. 2015). The State charged Clark after a police officer recovered a stolen driver Heense from the passenger seat of a truck in which Clark had been riding. Clark appeals, arguing there was insufficient evidence to connect her to the stolen license and that the district court erred in denying her motion…
