The record now before us shows the mental capacity of the testatrix, her strength of character, and the relationship existing between her and the other members of the family more fully than the record on the prior appeal. A study of the evidence impels the conclusion that the court below was justified in admitting the will to probate.

A petition to have a guardian appointed for the testatrix, signed by proponent and executed January 3, 1941, some time before the will was made, was offered in evidence. The judge’s comment shows the treatment of that evidence and the rulings thereon. Fie…
