¶ 1. Alan Mansfield seeks review of a portion of the court of appeals' decision that concluded (1) Wis. Stat. § 801.11(l)(d) (2001-02) 1 allows substituted service on a natural person's agent; and (2) service on Mansfield's purported agent under that provision was proper because the process server reasonably relied on the purported agent's representations that he was authorized to accept service for Mansfield.
