This appeal arises from a denial by the district court of Cascade County of an injunction in the annexation of certain real property owned by the plaintiff-appellants and others to the City of Great Falls.

The ease was presented to this Court on an agreed statement of facts. The plaintiff, Theresa Calvert, one of the appellants herein, owns an interest in lots 3 and 4 of the fifteenth addition to the City of Great Falls, which addition had not, up until this action, been incorporated' into the City.
