¶1 — Hillary Buechler appeals the dismissal of her claims against Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) and two of its administrators. The claims challenged disciplinary action taken against Ms. Buechler for sharing prescription medication for her migraine headaches with two class*145mates. On material facts that were undisputed, the trial court correctly concluded that the evidence did not support Ms. Buechler’s claims for relief. For that reason, and because Ms. Buechler demonstrates no error by the trial judge in failing to recuse herself, we affirm.
