On April 5, 2004, defendant Banco Bilbao Vizcaya . Argentaría Puerto Rico (“BBVA-PR”) moved for summary judgment on plaintiffs Luis R. Ronda Perez (“Ronda”) and his wife Mercedes A. Que-sada Rodriguez’s (“Quesada”)(collectively “plaintiffs”) claims of age discrimination pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, as well as supplemental state law claims (Docket No. 21).
