The petitioners seek to have the propounded instrument, dated May 13, 1938, admitted to probate and, upon its admission as the will of the decedent, for a construction of its provisions for the purpose of determining whether, by its terms, the contents of certain envelopes found in the safe deposit box of testatrix following her death were validly bequeathed to the persons named in the will.
