Herbert Berezin appeals from the judgment of the district court dismissing his complaint against Regency Savings Bank (“Regency”). Claiming that an error in a promissory note’s recitation of the interest rate resulted in overpayments, Berezin seeks to recover nearly $1 million in interest payments he made to Regency.
