1Opinion of the CourtDonahue, J.
Each of the plaintiffs was a shareholder in the defendant credit union. They gave notice of their intention to withdraw the sums of money which they had paid to the union for their shares and, after receiving a portion in instalments, brought these actions at law to recover the balance. The cases were tried together before a judge of the Superior Court sitting without a jury. The judge found in favor of each plaintiff and made a finding of facts.
