OPINION

{¶ 1} James R. Marriott was convicted by a jury in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas of two counts of aggravated burglary, in violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(1), a first degree felony. The court sentenced him to eight years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently, and to pay a fine of $2,500, restitution in the amount of $3,000, and court costs.

{¶ 2} Marriott appeals, arguing that his convictions were based on insufficient evidence and were against the manifest weight of the evidence and that his sentence was inconsistent with the sentences received by his co-defendants.…
