{¶ 1} James R. Marriott was convicted by a jury in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas of two counts of aggravated burglary, in violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(1), a first-degree felony. The court sentenced him to eight years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently, and ordered him to pay a fine of $2,500, restitution in the amount of $3,000, and court costs. On May 15, 2009, we affirmed Marriott’s conviction and sentence, holding that his convictions were based on sufficient evidence and were not against the manifest weight of the evidence and that his sentence was…
