(after stating the facts as above). [1] This proceeding is brought here under the provisions of section 24b of the Bankruptcy Act (Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 553 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3432]). Therefore we are not authorized to determiiie questions of fact upon which the order of the lower court is based, but may only superintend, and, if need be, revise, its action in the matter of law.
