Production Credit Ass'n v. Vodak

Donald Vodak and Bernadine Vodak appeal from a summary judgment granting the Production Credit Association of West Central Wisconsin replevin of pledged collateral, permitting PCA to apply for a determination of deficiency following disposition of the collateral, and dismissing the Vodaks' counterclaims. PCA cross-appeals from that part of the judgment determining that the Vodaks stated viable counterclaims for damages resulting from PCA's alleged negligent financial advice and breach of fiduciary duty.
