The respondent, Parade Residence Hotel, LLC (Parade), appeals, and the petitioner, Harborside Associates, L.P. (Harborside), cross-appeals, the decision of the Superior Court (McHugh, J.), which partially affirmed and partially reversed the decision of the Portsmouth Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) to grant Parade variances to install two parapet and two marquee signs on its hotel and conference center site. The trial court upheld the ZBA’s decision to grant Parade a variance for the marquee signs and reversed its decision to grant Parade a variance for the parapet signs. We affirm in part,…
