Farrell, has been granted leave to file in this court an application for a writ of prohibition against respondents, the honorable Towne Young, judge of the Forty-Fourth judicial district, W. V. Galbreath, L. B. Comer, and their attorneys of record, to prohibit the honorable Towne Young from the trial of cause No. 82107-B, styled L. B. Comer et al. v. Hunter T.
