MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VRATIL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs bring these actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that defendants, acting under color of state law, deprived them of constitutionally protected rights of freedom of association, due process and privacy. In addition, plaintiffs assert a state law claim for invasion of privacy.
