In this negligence action, plaintiff-appellant Daria Sanchez-Guardiola (Plaintiff), appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court)1 that granted the City of Philadelphia’s (City) motion for summary judgment and dismissed Plaintiffs personal injury complaint with prejudice.
