Appellant, Westchester Fire Insurance Company, defendant below, appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury’s verdict in the sum of $25,589.70. Plaintiffs, ap-pellees, had been insured by appellant under an “All Physical Loss” policy covering plaintiffs’ frame dwelling located on the shores of Lake Michigan near St. Joseph, Michigan. The parties shall be referred to herein as plaintiffs and defendant, respectively. Plaintiffs claimed they were damaged by a “landslide” occurring on October 16 or 17, 1954; such damages consisting, among other things, of expenses…
