Yelena Levitin and Chicago Surgical Clinic, Ltd. (“CSC”), bring federal antitrust claims, a hostile work environment claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and several state law claims against Northwest Community Hospital (“NCH”), Advanced Surgical Associates, S.C. (“ASA”), Alan B. Loren, William D. Soper, and Daniel R. Conway. Doc. 1. Defendants have moved to dismiss the suit under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). Doc. 15.
