- This cause had its inception in the Court of Common Pleas in a case wherein Ralph Rea, plaintiff, brought an action against Margaret Fornan, and others, in which he alleged he was an heir-at-law of Maurice Patrick Murnan and sought a partition of seventeen tracts of real estate, asserting his interest and the interest of his tenants in common, who, he alleged, were heirs of the said Maurice Patrick Murnan
