The Annual National Convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars was held in Buffalo, commencing Sunday, August 29, 1937, and continuing through the week. In connection with *524the convention the local veterans' post organized a membership corporation under the name “ Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States 1937 Encampment Corporation of Buffalo, Inc.,” for the purpose of financing the convention.
