BACKGROUND
Basin Refining, Inc., OKC Refining, Inc., OKC Transport Corporation, OKC Trading Company, OKC Pipeline, Inc., OKC Leasing Corporation, and Okmulgee Service Corporation, d/b/a Basin Refining, Inc., filed Voluntary Chapter 11 Petitions in this Court on June 6, 1981. The cases were consolidated and the debtor herein, Basin Refining, refers to all the entities collectively.
