Statement of the Case and Facts — This appeal stems from a wrongful death action filed by lio F. Stauffer (Administratrix) on behalf of the estate of Walter S. Stauffer, deceased (the Decedent) arising out of a collision between an automobile driven by the Decedent and a tractor trailer driven by one William E. Patterson (Truck Driver).
