This is an application by counsel for complainant and ¡ by the executor and his counsel for final allowances of commissions and counsel fees. There is also an application for permission to charge against the estate two items of $2,500 each paid by the executor to his partners in business, Charles P. Smith and Edward B. Archer, for services rendered to the executor in the performance of his duties. The executor has already been paid $50,000 on account and asks for $25,000 additional. Church & Harrison, solicitors for the executor, have already been paid $25,000 and ask for $10,000…
