Plaintiffs, The Ability Center of Greater Toledo (Ability Center), Kathy Davis, Tanya Kohlhorst, Norman Napier, Victoria Bigelow, Michael Bickford, Mark Sahadi, Jan Ward, Antwan Williams, and Andrew Rajner filed this suit against Douglas Lumpkin in his official capacity as Director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).
