Following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, defendant-appellant Antonio Jones was convicted of: 1) possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of crack and some amount of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); 2) possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c); and 3) being a felon in possession of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924.
