The court indefinitely' suspended petitioner Bobby Gordon Onyemeh Sea from the practice of law for a minimum of 20 months, effective as of May 21, 2013, with no right to petition for reinstatement until November 2014. In re Sea, 832 N.W.2d 851, 852 (Minn.2013) (order). Petitioner applied for reinstatement in May 2015, and a hearing was held before a panel of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board.
