McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Keith Williams appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri, after he pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1). The district court sentenced Williams under the United States Sentencing Guidelines to 62 months imprisonment, four years supervised release and a special assessment of $50.00.
