This case involves a class action brought by representatives of certain retirees of Armour and Company (Armour) and Armour Food Company (AFC) who seek:(a) Clarification of the rights of the retirees to future benefits due under a health and welfare insurance plan;(b) Recovery of benefits due retirees under the plan;(c) Damages for premiums paid by retirees to obtain substitute coverage;(d) Permanent injunctive relief prohibiting defendants from making changes in the plan; and(e) Costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and interest.
