Elisa Dreier (“Elisa”), the only remaining defendant in this adversary proceeding, has moved to dismiss the Amended Adversary Complaint, dated Sept. 23, 2009 (“Amended Complaint”) (ECF Doc. #2) filed by the plaintiff, Saleh Holdings Group, Inc. (“Saleh”). The Amended Complaint asserts, inter alia, a claim against Elisa based upon a guaranty that she and her former spouse, Marc S.
