Plaintiffs commenced this diversity action seeking monetary damages based on their status as third party beneficiaries of a contract between defendants and one of their clients. Under the terms of the contract defendants agreed to provide the client with estate planning documents. Plaintiffs specifically contend that defendants are liable as a result of Nicholas J.
