The plaintiff has brought this action against the city of Shreveport, Flenniken' Construction Company, Inc., Mrs. Fannie' Goode Maguire, R. P. Moore, P. D. Voisin, and Charles Anthony Kuhn, to recover damages in the sum of $16,439 for the death of her minor son.
