Plaintiffs-Appellees Helen Heu Ing, Lowell C.E. Ing, and Beverly I. Lee as Trustees for Jeffrey L. Ing, Lowell D. Ing, Leslie G. Ing, Tim S. Ing, Helen A. Lee, Terrance D. Lee, and Scott D. Lee (collectively Ings) and Intervenor-Appellant Vitto’s, Inc. dba Vittos (Vittos) sustained property damages as a result of a fire caused by Defendant Tony McGriff (Tony).
