MILBURN, Circuit Judge.
Petitioners seek review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“the Board”) dismissal of their appeal from the decision of the Immigration Judge (“U”) ordering deportation and denying a request for the discretionary relief of voluntary departure. 1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the Board.
