George R. Daniels appealed his conviction by jury on two counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of first degree false imprisonment. Daniels was originally charged with *851two counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of kidnaping. At trial appellant’s motions for directed verdicts after each of the State’s and the appellant’s cases were overruled.
