These cases have been submitted to obtain a decision of the question whether this court has jurisdiction by appeal to review the final decrees therein which were rendered by ihe circuit court of the United States for the district of Nebraska. The several appellees above named, to wit, Oliver Ames et al., George Smith et al., and Henry L.
