Quinn, Chief Judge:
The accused pleaded guilty to larceny and housebreaking, in violation of Articles 121 and 130, respectively, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 930. Although subject to confinement for ten years, each was sentenced to confinement at hard labor for one year. On review, a board of review concluded that during the sentence procedure, the law officer erred to the accused’s prejudice by denying a defense motion to compel the Government to produce certain documents.
