Appeals by defendant from six judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), all rendered May 16, 1984, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree (three counts), grand larceny in the third degree, petit larceny, commercial bribing in the first degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree, upon jury verdicts, and convicting him of attempted grand larceny in the second degree (three counts), upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Judgments affirmed, and matter remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
