In this declaratory judgment action, the defendants appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Contas, J.) that they reimburse the plaintiff for certain moving, storage, and kennel charges incurred in connection with the plaintiffs eviction proceedings against them, or, in the alternative, that the furniture, furnishings, personal items, and animals be sold at public auction in order to reimburse the plaintiff.
