Affirming.
From a judgment of the Daviess circuit court convicting him of the offense of seducing a woman under twenty-one years of age under promise of marriage, and fixing his punishment at confinement in the state penitentiary for the term of one yfear, the appellant, E. Hoskins, prosecutes this appeal and seeks a reversal of the judgment upon a number of grounds stated in his motion ror a new trial, which was overruled.
