A jury convicted Shawn Perry Doyle of aggravated intimidation of a victim and criminal damage to property. The district court sentenced Doyle to 40 months' incarceration. Doyle appeals.

FACTS

In 2016, Doyle was living with Michelle Stevens, with whom he has a son, who was approximately 9 years old. In the middle of August 2016, Doyle and Stevens decided their relationship would not go any further and he left the residence.
