Judgment (denominated order), Supreme Court, New York County, entered May 2, 1980, which granted this article 78 petition in all respecte, by annulling respondente-appellants’ (respondents) determination to suspend petitioners-respondents’ (petitioners) pension benefits and directing them to pay such pension benefits to petitioners, is hereby reversed, on the law, and the petition is dismissed, without costs.
