HAWTHORNE, Justice.
Barbara Jean Vines, charged in a bill of information with the crime of obscenity denounced by R.S. 14:106(4), was tried, convicted, and sentenced to pay a fine of $305.-00 and serve 60 days in the parish prison, and in default of payment of the fine to serve an additional 30-days in.prison. From ■this conviction and sentence she has appealed.
The statute she is charged with violating reads as follows:
