Defendant-Appellant Dominador M. Lopez appealed from the February 2, 2001 Judgment granting the request by Plaintiff-Ap-pellee Eugene W.I. Lau, Successor Trustee of the Eugene Kai Fai Lau Living Trust, for summary judgment. In a Summary Disposition Order entered on March 14, 2006, this court affirmed the February 2, 2001 Judgment.
